Keith Arjoon

An operator with 40+ years of hands-on execution in offshore marine construction, civil port engineering and heavy-lift operations across the Caribbean and the Americas. Keith entered the Oil & Gas industry in 1980 and has personally directed multi-million dollar infrastructure contracts for state-run ministries and supermajor energy producers.

Established a boat building enterprise in a joint venture with foreign partners, specializing in the construction of aluminum passenger vessels for the oil and gas industry. Successfully oversaw deployment across multiple international markets.

Originally rooted in foundational nearshore marine support, the enterprise underwent a strategic operational scale-up under Keith's direct management. Navigating rigid international compliance, financial bonding and stringent safety management audits, he successfully transitioned the operation from a nearshore family provider into a high-stakes primary contractor capable of executing multi-million dollar infrastructure works for state-run ministries and supermajor oil and gas producers.
- Incorporated after initially entering the Oil & Gas industry in 1980 through a family-owned enterprise.
- Managed complex marine and offshore operations: civil construction, tug & barge, pipelaying, cable laying and offshore installations.
- Directed coastal protection, stabilization, dredging and subsea diving & salvage operations.
- Oversaw major civil projects spanning residential construction and architectural development.
